Cesta od A k&nbsp;B vede rozvojem dovednosti relaxovat, zv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed a \u00fapravou zautomatizovan\u00fdch reakc\u00ed i \u017eivotn\u00edch hodnot, pom\u016f\u017ee rozvoj mindfulness dovednost\u00ed, ale i mnohdy jednoduch\u00e9 a nedoce\u0148ovan\u00e9 v\u011bci jako proch\u00e1zka, p\u0159\u00edroda, nev\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed sport.
